I have made a purchase on the 07/12/21 and the item was meant to be delivered on the 19/12/21, till date it still shows in progress.I have contacted customer care and umhlanga store but have not recieved any positive feedback.If there was no stock of the item , i should have not been allowed to make a purchase.I am not prepared to accept a refund as i have been waiting really long for the item
