I ordered and paid in full for a Defy Dishwasher online on 15/11/2021. Delivery date was 10-14 days. I started phoning to follow up after the 14 days lapsed ( on 30/11/2021) I have phoned several times since and was promised I would get a call back - needless to say nothing happened. I also phoned Strubensvalley Branch(where I am supposed to collect) and spoke to the people at online orders there (several times)- no avail, one lady told her colleague while I was on the line that I am a difficult client(she thought I couldn't understand- when I said I understood she put the phone down in my ear). I am very disappointed in the poor service, the least you can do it let a customer know what is happening.
