On the 02/05/2022 at 10H22,I was in Builders Superstore Mangaung in Twin City Mall.I was looking for a Devils Fork Gate. I saw one of the staff member on the sales floor and asked him whether this price for the Devil fork gate correct is and he said yes,he even went to the tillpoint to confirm the price. I immediately said I want it and went to pay for it at the pay-point.After I paid for the gate,the staff member came to me and said to me that the price is not correct and said I must pay in the difference. At firts I refused because I paid the price I saw.In the end I decided to pay the extra R220.00.But to be totally honest I was not happy at all,because as a customer I need to pay the price that is on the item.

This is so unprofesional to just ignore a customer who is a regular in your branch.No wonder the staff is treating the customers the way they are is because the people who are supposedly to keep them in line is doing exactly the same.

I really hope you will adress my complaint in order that the next customer would not go through what I went through.

It is clear that the brand does not have the best interests of they customers in mind,they are not in touch with their store's meaning they are nor aware how their customers are treated in stores.It clearly indicates there are a lack or rather a need for customer service training in thr the brands store if they want to keep they existing customers.
