Builders Warehouse - False advertisement / incapable of delivering orders / poor service delivery

I placed a order online for 2 Solar Geysers 100L on 25/02/2022. The "delivery on" as indicated on the email received was 18/03/2022. The expected delivery date came and gone and not only did I not receive my order, but I also received no communication whatsoever from Builders to inform me that they will not be able to make their Delivery date.
Later on I started phoning Builders to inquire about my order and the delivery. They informed me that they are still waiting for stock and that they do not know when the stock will arrive. This is nearly 2 months after the expected delivery date.
I feel that this product should not be advertised on their website since they cannot deliver it when purchased as they do not have stock and do not know when they will have stock and have been incapable to deliver this item for the past 2+ months.
Furthermore I feel greatly disappointed in the service or lack thereof I received, as they provided me with no feedback until I started phoning them looking for answers.
It seems they not not care about their image and it seems like they are confused as to who is responsible for what when it comes to online orders.
As far as online orders go, this is the greatest disappointment so far and this from a well known company.
