I ordered an inverter on line, choosing stock from Cape Gate Brackenfell. It was confirmed delivery will be the 7/12/2022. On the evening of 6/12/2022 at 19h15 I received a call from Kelsey Wumdrop couriers saying she was at my office and it was closed. I told her my office hours are 8 to 4pm, the security at the gate also told her and according to the website builders delivers between 8am and 5pm. She said she would return the inverter to the store. After 2 days of phoning the store and trying to get assistance I have not had any straight answers and have wasted all my airtime, I had a call from the store yesterdayat lunch time and was informed by Richard in dispatch they would deliver before 4pm which never happened. A lady from the store - dispatch called me a few minutes ago to say the courier company returned the inverter last night.I asked her if they could deliver today as I need it for load shedding the weekend. She was very suprised by my request and said Monday but she will find out and get back to me, I am still waiting! I have never had such bad service before, when you phone dispatch no one picks up, you hear people talking and laughing in the background then someone put the phone down on you.
