I purchased a Gentech inverter online at Builders Centurion. 3 months after installation it stopped working. I returned to Builders Centurion. I have been advised that Gentech not prepared to replace batteries as they only guaranteed for 3 months. At no point was i made aware of this . Nothing was noted on the invoice.
Also i did not deal with Gentech however purchased through Builders Warehouse as i expect them to deal with reputable suppliers. The inverter cost me a lot of money and also installation and removal.
Also sadly only an employee behind the customer service desk has called me. She keeps on asking if the manager has not called. I reply negative and she is embarrassed and surprised.
I definitely expect better from Builders Warehouse.
