2022 I bought 4 loadshedding globes from Buildit Idutywa. The globes are not working when the power is off,I mean that 4hrs option when the power is off. I reported the matter but there was no resolution. I wonder how many people had the same problems but no voice or to take the matter up .

The brand supposed to recall defective product. By recalling defective product is to accept that their product is faulty and a customer care.
