Build it - Bad customer service

I was mistreated at Build it store. I bought items which were supposed to be delivered in two weeks and it took more 4 weeks and I still understood either way. Problem begun when I called them for an update on when they gonna bring rest of my items then they said the right person to ask will call me back, few minutes later guy named Bongani called me whom was one of the stuff who deals with deliveries apparently. He was speaking in a bad offish attitude but I didn't want to pay attention to that as I just wanted update on delivery, he them told me that i must listen to him and he must speak which I did, he told me they won't be delivering my items I will have to fetch it by myself and I asked why cos I had paid transport he didn't give me straight answer he said someone told him that I said I will fetch the items I said who he couldn't say. He proceeded to say they had made two deliveries already they can't make another one because it's my fault not them because they called me on 2nd delivery and I didn't pick up so it's not his problem. I then told that yes I didn't pick up because I found missed call and it was due too bad signal because I did pick up the first call and it wasn't connecting because of signal which I have the proof on my phone and he wasn't even interested in what I was saying. I then asked him how did the driver find my house if I didn't aswer my phone and still he couldn't answer. And why was the 2nd delivery still not complete.
All in all Bongani did not tell me a straight thing because he was full of attitude which I'm not certain why all he failed to do was to just tell me what's going on with my delivery that's all and I even asked him that what was the purpose of his call because his fighting and I'm not the one
