CANNOT SORT OUT MY MOM'S MEDICAL AID CLAIM SINCE 19 APRIL 2023 - GOT AN AUTH AND EVERY TIME I CONTACT BONCAP THEY SAY THE CLAIM WILL BE ESCALATED AND NOTHING HAPPENS. SO FED UP WITH THIS. SHE IS 82 AND CANNOT HANDLE THIS.
