I resigned from Bonitas and joined Medihelp. Bonitas has requested the refund details twice now. I have emailed it on the 10th January this year, this morning I woke up with another email asking for all the details again. Surely somebody must be able to tell me if they have received all my completed documentation. I have submitted everything, 5 attachments with all the details to be transferred to Medihelp. I need this to be sorted out urgently please as it states that it can take up to 4 months for the credit to be transferred to the new savings.
