I have several ref no's Struggling from March to get my son on Bonitas medical aid.
Been send from pillar to post. With no human to pick up a phone and advise the client what is wrong.
Keep on sending emails that does not make sense. First he was on the wrong plan, then we tried to get this plan cancelled. He completed new documentation as per instructions received via email from Bonitas. Then they wanted an email were he signed for the wrong request. Now they complaint the documents is not send to them in a pdf form. Email clearly indicates pdf.
How does these people exist their advertisement state they are top but what they service is pathetic

Bonitas advertisement is excellent you want to join them. The customer service are pathetic. Actually, customer service does not exist at all. If you have a quick query there is no one to assist. You get diverted to a What's up where again no assistance is given. It takes Bonitas 2 to 3 days to resolve or reply back even if it is a simple question. The reply is in such a way that you have to send another email/whats up for clarity and this just does not happen
