Good day I don’t know if this is the right department with my issues but please send to relevant department if not.

Every year the benefit of appliances we cannot use because it is only for crutches etc, basically when you in the hospital and thereafter.

R7000 and more unused. Myself and wife have chronic issues but we cannot even get an BP machine nor humidifier.

Every year our funds is depleted before July and we need to use cash in these times. Why not entitled to that benefit which falls away.

Also for optometry there is always co payments of thousands of rands and due to my wife’s medical condition her classes needs specific thing on the glass which they are aware off.

this year the appliances benefit is over 8k which means it goes back to company. why not assist us if day to day benefit falls away after all is my contributions.
