Bonaqua - Water bottle lid manufacturing default

I bought a bottle of Bonaqua Pump Still water from the Shell garage in Wellington Road Durbanville. I attempted to remove the transparent plastic lid on the bottle by removing the transparent cover of the mouthpiece and the blue threaded top broke completely off. This is due to a bottle manufactuing defect Im assuming, it lead to me having to replace my Audi concert radio as the water splashed all over my cars headunit and ruined the electronics of it (needless to say that it totally ruined my evening as I had to go home to change as i was drenched in water, whilst attempting to salvage my
drenched headunit of my car. I would like some form of remuneration to be compensated for damages which my insurance company are not interested in entertaining due to a defective product made by Bonaqua. I have dated quotations validating my claim
