Bolt - Unfairly charged

I live in the Vaal South of Johannesburg, and I use Bolt a lot. Bolt drivers around the Vaal area add their own commission fare of (25%) on top of the fare we have been charged already on the Bolt app, but when I request for a ride from Johannesburg side to the Vaal, I am only paying the amount that I have been charged on the Bolt App. I fail to understand why that is so unfair. Please attend to this matter as I know I am not the only one experiencing this around the area.
