Bolt - Rude and obnoxious driver

He was in front of my gate and when I asked if I can help he said he was there to collect someone. I then said no one booked a collection to which he insisted I open my gate and look at the app - He could have climbed out of his car. I asked him distinctively if he was here for a parcel and he could not tell me. I then said I don't feel safe just opening my gate and he started giving me attitude. I then put the parcel in his car after checking his app and told him that maybe in future he needs to check what or who he has to collect. I do not just open my gate for anyone as it is a safety risk. This is when the F words started and he swore at me and got verbally aggressive. I asked him to leave or I will call my security to which I had to hear that I am the problem, Discriminating against him and CALL YOUR F ing security - he does not care. He screamed and shouted, swearing all the way down the road. This is totally unacceptable. I will by no means recommend your company to anyone and I truly feel like blasting you on social media as well for everyone to know. This is total unacceptable behavior and I felt threatened on my own property. I work with Courier Guy daily - we have never had words or incidents like these. I am not a Racist, I do not discriminate - I will not open my gate for strangers and I will not tolerate being sworn at. I am totally disgusted with the behavior of this driver.
