On September 8 at 6:39 a.m., i requested a bolt trip with two stops. The payment was initiated from FNB Bank app, which never happened before, but today it asked to authorize it. I did. The R78 went off my bank account, and the trip was never scheduled. I tried requesting again, and it's now asking me to repay and re-authorize a payment, which I refuse to do. My kids need to get to school.
