I had a cellphone Contract with Blue label telecommunications about two years ago. The deductions went very well until this year, so what actually happened they continued to deduct whilst the agreement period is over. I phoned them laying a complaint about the deductions, they resolved it. As much as they stopped the deductions,they are not refunding me the extra cash they deducted from my account it's been four months now ,and I'm phoning them every week ,two to 3 times a week but nothing is happening. They required a bank statement more than two times I did sent them that, but still nothing is happening,no response, no feed back,no nothing.truly speaking their consultants keep on telling me the same thing. I'm the one who is doing the follow up. I've been trying but now I give up. Please assist.
