I placed two separate orders from the same company. It has been 11 days since placing the first order with no delivery or waybill number. I kept enquiring about my order only to be told different excuses by the owner. I even said I would collect my order only to be told another excuse as to why I couldn’t. I was told my order had been rerouted to Harrismith on two occasions. I live in Durban. She told me that there is a glitch with my address but when she wanted to collect a pair of sneakers that didn’t fit the courier was at my address in one hour. I have been messed around with so many different stories and now I’m trying to get a refund. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as the lady is just taking the money but not sending the goods.
