Auto&General has just turned down a claim to replace a pool pump, because the policy covers the hours and pool minus the pump because we should have specifically mentioned the pool has a pump. What blue pool does not have a pump? Why do we have to fight all time time to get A&G to cover something. I always feel cheated like what happened to the A&G that sold us the insurance. Was this not why we go insured in the first place. Super super disappointed.
