Astron Energy - Poor customer treatment

I went to put in petrol at the garage around the corner from my house.
When i went to pay my card had been blocked. I asked the manager if i could quickly go back home and fetch the money and he wouldnt even listen to me and started telling his staff to drain the petrol out my car. The thing that upsets me is that i put atleast R500 petrol in everyday at this station as it is very close to my house. All the staff recognise me there. I dont know why this manager wouldnt just let me go fetch the money to pay him. These guys all know me as it is my daily stop for petrol. The manager in queation has has no people skills. And whilst i know that R500 petrol a day is not alot of money to astron. It does equate to about
R10 000 a month to astron. I will not be using astron energy due to the embarrassment caused to me. If i was trying to steal from the station i use everyday. Why didnt i just drive off? Why would i wait to speak to the manager to arrange to come back with the money? The astron garage is on the corner of peter road and beyera naude in honeydew. Never ever again will i use this garage or any other astron for that matter.
