Aramex lady Ms Naaido requested my order form and proof of payment for the items I placed at shein. Well I sent her those. This morning I have received her email again stating that I should pay a penalty fee and an unbelievable customs. I replied that I don't understand and I'm lost.
She then phoned me telling me that Shein gave them an incorrect amount of my items therefore I should pay that money. I asked why am I the one that should be penalized because I'm not the one that sent them the wrong amount, she said that doesn't matter and if I don't pay my parcel will be taken to the state warehouse.
