I have an import for a purchase that wasbdone with Shein on the 13th of September. Aranex asked for the confirmation of payment in the form of bank statement and order details of which was sent to them. They then informed me the supplier has disclosed that i have paid less amount therefore i should pay penalty fee of R1000. Supplier disclosed 20$ and amount paid was R4287. I feel this is unfair as i have disclosed the amount i have paid.
