I ordered a package from Shein on the 22nd of August, which was actually items for my daughter's birthday, her birthday was on the 7th of September. I am still waiting to receive that order and it's now the 29th of September. I was also hit with over R1000 custom fees. I order from Shein monthly and have never paid over R200. I never the less paid what was owing after begging Aramex for account details because their app is absolutely useless and I'm still waiting for my package. I have never received such disgraceful service. I would not recommend using their services. I am also completely put off ordering from Shein.
