I emailed the team leader Tebogo Majozi on the 29th November regarding the delay in their customs process, on their webpage it clearly states customs clearance is not more than 5 working days. My package was being allocated to Phindile who I have spoken to last week and she said she would escalate.
The supplier advised delivery would be by the 30th Nov, I was advised by the Tebogo who copied in Strini Reddy on the 29th '' The shipment is now released and on forwarding to our sort facility, delivery can be expected tomorrow.''
I even got a call yesterday apologising for the delay and was advised that they will arrange a night delivery, here I am waiting till now with no success of the package being delivered to me timeously.Even mailed again this morning and sent a request to Support - Ref: 1978675974 / Support JNB/1222/29.
This is absolutely bad service, I even emailed the team leader for a status update but got no response. Calling now this morning and no answer at Aramex.
