Im recieving a "notification" via SMS to supplymy commercial invoice, I only have one invoice supplied by the seller of my goods. Ive uploaded it yet the message continues daily. Ive tried contacting customer support but the website itself does not operate properly, complaints wont go through as the site refuses to accept certain info so rejects the submission. Ive sent an email to the official aramex email as found on google and yet still the messages continue..I merely want my parcel. I will never ever again have dealings with this disgrace of a company and will smear their name every chance I get. In 7 days from now I will be opening a police case of theft against this company..I want my parcel! (ps. Note the blatant lie on the tracking info..the same parcel is recieved TWICE!)
