I bought my wife and my kid tickets to the eastern cape,the trip was cancelled by APM reason they had a conflict with taxis,they promised to refund us up until today we haven't received anything when we send email they say they are busy processing it's been a month now.

They are very unprofessional unfortunately I will never ever use their services again they don't have customer service
