On the 15nth of June I made a reservation for 4 people at Oceans Umhlanga and paid R9753,75 same time.We were supposed to check in on the 8 Aug and check out 13 Aug,but due to unforseen circumstances my mother inlaw pass on on Wednesday night so now we have to bury her on the 12 Aug.I called the Agoda yesterday they understood my situation and I told the not to refund me they give any opening dates they have after they funeral. I was promised a response in 24hrs
Today I received an email telling me that the owner of the apartment has refused my plea they gave me his number I called him,sent wattsup vn and even attached the death certificate still no response. You assistance will be highly appreciated His umber is 0722340109
