I made laybye at Ackermans Upington somewhere around August. Paid off the laybye on the 14/10/2023. To my surprise, looks like my parcel came out of the pig's mouth. The plastic had big holes. When I ask why my package looked like that, I was told it's because I didn't buy the plastic. Then I asked, why didn't you add or even asked me to add it when I made laybye instead of keeping my package like that in your storeroom. The manager was called and she didn't show any remorse like she doesn't even understand how important the packaging is to any customer. Had to buy a new plastic which they never mentioned/should have added from the day I made that laybye.
That's when I noticed, some employees at retails need more training about customer services.
