i so dissapointed and angry at the ackermans branch at blue route mall for they poor service,to start i came with my daughter to buy her a phone i was gona pay cash for it but a lady approached me and told me i could see iif i qualify for the foneyam u first pay a deposit and than u pay monthly instalments i was first told if i had a R600 Cash i could get the phone so i agreed to that as they where busy finishing the transaction the lady told me i had to have a R1199.70 i Work in the mall so i only had on me a R1100 at that moment so becoz i wass told that i only need the R600 i ask the staff to help me to only make my daughter happy ccoz she came straight from skool they where rude and unhelpfull bcoz my daughter really wanted that phone i decided to go fetch the other coz i was on my lunch break i came back with the rest of the money wich the morning i pulled at the ATM with out knowing there was a tear in one of the R50'S so as they counted it they found the teared 50 it wasnt even a bad tear so i was told they cant take the money coz the bank wont take i was angry and frusted coz i saw how my daughters heart was being broken and as a parent it hurts when u see the dissapionment on yor childs face i pleaded with them just to try even just to help me not brake her heart they had no empathy or heart i spoke to almost every one that was in the store sum felt my pain and others dont give a SH'''T we we had to cancel the sale coz of the one R50 the one lady told me i can cum i have a other R50 i decided to go to checkers and i ask one of that cashier if she would be able to help me change the money she did help me ad i saw a change in my child as we went back for the 3rd time to ackermans as e came in the one who said i can cum if i change the money and bcoz she had my details on the tab she ask me again for ID BOOK i gave it to her then as we approach the till now only to pay i heard the cashier called 'CRYSTUL DU PLESSIS' and the cashier who is name ''DIEGO GOLDSCMIDT'' he ask her to approve the payment wich at first i tought nothing of it as she was busy on the for a while witch i tought was strange the cashier diego took the money counted it and only than the lady who took all my details return to the till so whe tought we gona be finish so thelady ask agian for the last time my ID to scan when she did it my ID NUMBER dnt corespond with the ID NUMBER on the scanner the part witch really fucking angry was that the one who was sepose to autharise the sale was actually the one i was buying the phone for so i dnt understand how is it possible that i had bad luck 3TIMES on the worst part was my daughter was happy for a moment and i felt good as a parent just to find out none of my details was on that sale it was the person who was told to autharise the sale so what was it really coz no check the details as soon as i paid it as like a tower of dissapiontment fell on me as i saw tears in my daughters eyes ive ask myself what really happened at that store was it a mistake or was it intentional coz i could not get a refund wich clearly was not my fault i was told i can only get a refund in the 48hours u can just imagine how i felt sowhy must i pay for the incompadence of the wokers y am i the one that also tell my hild again i soy u gona have to wait theres nothing i can ive tried everything
