Ackermans - Poor customer service

Pongola ackermans is the worst clothing store I ever seen in my life, you will take items and go wait in the queue, when you get to the paying point you will wait and no one will attend you, cashiers will be passing and saying nothing, they take their own precious time to attend customers,I don't even want to talk about laybyes you will wait the whole hour, I have experienced this on two occasions and I have brought this to their attention but simingly they don't take anything serious.
