Ackermans - My phone that broke not even a month that i brought it

I am very disappoint with the service I got from ackemans Grabouw,I bought a phone in Cape Town Grabouw ackemans and the phone stopped working after few days.i then took the phone back.i was then told to wait for 4weeks for the phone to be fixed,and also advised to always come and check if the phone is back but nothing yet instead am been waiting for more then a month a 5days now.I buy airtime on my brother's phone everyday I spent more then a R60 to call and find out how long must I wait and been writing complains on the customer care email address but no response yet.Mind you I bought the phone for work purpose.please help me all I want now is my money and go buy a phone els where because it's been to long that I don't have a phone now
