II have been struggling to accept the terms and conditions for more than two weeks now, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance.
Your WhatsApp support is unhelpful, repeatedly giving the same responses, and your chat agents have been no better—even after I provided clear evidence of the issue.
I followed the advice given, including removing my second SIM card, yet the problem persists. Despite this, you continue to send me statements for an account I never even accepted the terms for.
I have never had an account with Ackermans before—only lay-bys or cash purchases. I decided to open an account for convenience, but this process should not be this difficult. If the issue were with my service provider, I wouldn’t receive any SMSes at all.
One of your agents even suggested that I change my number. Why should I? I have used this number for years, and it is not the issue here.
I am extremely disappointed in the poor service I am receiving. Please escalate this matter and provide a real solution immediately.
