I have a serious problem here, ive been sent from pillar to post with regards to changing my debit order date for 2 months now
ABSA service has really gotten out of hand with their poor service
I am really hurt with the type of staff being hired to represent ABSA especially the call centre of different departments
Whenever i go call seems like every department does not deal with that and im still transferred to the wrong department
I am very very disappointed and hurt with this
