I called the ABSA Credit Card collections department on Monday at15h00. I just wanted the notes section of my account to be updated with the reference and referral date of my case to the Credit Life Department. The agent that answered my called was so rude and abrubt to me, He did not want to update the note section with the particular details as I have asked him to. He was very rude to me. Name of the agent can be provided.
